Schneeberger MONORAIL offers a complete linear guideway product portfolio, from roller type (MR), ball type (BM) to integrated rack & pinion drive (BZ), combined with PULSE PRO ultra-low pulsation technology and AMS integrated measuring system, serving machine tool, automation & handling, food, medical, cleanroom and other diverse industry needs. The MR 100 is the largest roller guideway in the industry, and the BZ integrated drive is a unique product with virtually no direct competition.

Roller Profiled Guideway
4-row rollers, O-arrangement, logarithmic crowning. Sizes 25-100 (largest in the industry). Speed up to 3 m/s, maximum static load 1,470,000 N. DIN 645 compliant, 4S design.
MONORAIL BM
Ball Profiled Guideway
4-row balls, O-arrangement. Sizes 15-45, 14 carriage types. Speed up to 5 m/s, acceleration up to 100 m/s². High-speed smooth operation, accuracy grades G0-G3.
MONORAIL BZ
Ball Guideway + Integrated Rack & Pinion
BM guideway + helical gear rack integrated. Sizes 25/35, gear accuracy up to class 5. Saves approx. 25% compared to separate installation. Virtually no direct competition in the industry.
PULSE PRO 45
Ultra-Low Pulsation Roller Guideway
8-row rollers (2x standard), micro-pulsation reduced by 2x, rigidity increased by 18%. PLUS X AWARD 2025. Ideal for ultra-precision machine tools.
AMS Measuring System
Integrated Measuring System
Magnetoresistive guide rail-integrated measurement. Resolution 0.0625 µm, accuracy ±5 µm/m. Supports FANUC/Siemens/Mitsubishi. AMSABS 3L supports unlimited length.
BM WR / SR
Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel Guideway
Stainless steel version of BM, sizes 15/25/35. Suitable for food, medical, cleanroom, and vacuum environments. Material-level corrosion resistance, no risk of coating delamination contamination.
