Superduplex Bearings
Superduplex bearings are double-row deep groove or angular contact ball bearings with a split inner or outer ring design. Similar to matched deep groove or angular contact ball bearings, Superduplex bearings use a split ring to set a defined axial preload, offering significant advantages in bearing handling and assembly.
As another type of integrated bearing unit, myonic offers so-called Bearing Cartridges. These are pre-assembled, ready-to-install units, typically containing two bearing positions. The primary application area for these assemblies is exhaust gas turbochargers for internal combustion engines.
myonic bearing units help improve engine efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.

Development Resources
State-of-the-Art Development Resources
myonic has state-of-the-art development resources. Based on customer-provided data, bearings are calculated and designed using the latest software, and samples are manufactured from 3D CAD data.
If required, functional or life test samples can be validated in the myonic test laboratory. Even more significantly, detailed test part analyses from customer tests are also conducted in the myonic laboratory.
myonic also leverages an extensive network of supplier capabilities from industry and research institutions, combining them with its own core competencies to become the ideal system supplier.
