Standard gear racks

From module 2 to module 12, gear racks are available in traditional industrial sizes, with both straight and helical tooth profiles. Depending on the type of load, different materials, hardness levels and precision classes can be requested.

Customized gear racks

Our customers can choose from different materials and configurations, according to their needs. Upon request, we can provide gear racks up to module 20.

PULSE PRO increases the number of roller tracks from the conventional 4 to 8. Each track operates independently, distributing the load across rolling elements more evenly, significantly reducing micro-vibration during operation and achieving unprecedented smoothness.

  • Carriages must be ordered as sets
  • Options not included in the order code (accuracy and preload) are default values and cannot be configured
  • Special mounting rail required for installation and operation. Carriages must always remain on the guide rail (risk of ball loss)
  • Mounting rail (MPM 45) must be included in quotation
  • Accessories as MR 45

  • Individual review required when replacing existing systems with PP (tolerances and loads)
  • PP carriages only compatible with PP guide rails
  • Carriage replacement limited to complete axis sets only
  • Lubricant: Oil with VG 220 viscosity, significant viscosity deviations not recommended
  • Delivery condition: Carriages pre-mounted on guide rails
  • Business unit will provide support for initial delivery
