RKIB5-3P-384xH 尺寸图 — 外径 485 f8,对中径 468/453/384,以及 DSTA/DSA(H7);定子高度 HP、转子高度 HS,含外壳与冷却进出水口距离(HP0/HP1)、轴向与直角电缆螺钉高度(HP2/HP3,含 10),气隙标注 2,5 与 1,5、20/15,转子内径 DSN,以及定子/转子螺纹(TSP×TDP、nP×TPP、TSS×TDS、nS×TPS)。磁体配置 R20/R22 与 V22,轴向电缆出线 2×4G10(电缆出线间距 135/55,5)。

系列说明

RKI 与 RKIB 为内转式(internal running)永磁同步扭矩马达,转子为内建式。定子为水冷叠片铁芯全封装结构。转子的永磁体整合于叠片组中,叠片组提供磁回路。磁体配置变体 R20、V22、R22 对应不同成本效益比与吸力特性。RKIB5-3P-384xH 依主动高度(active height)分为 384×50 至 384×175,并依尺寸子集划分为 Part 1(384×50 至 384×125)与 Part 2(384×150 至 384×175)。
