RKI / RKIB Series Overview

RKI and RKIB are internal-rotor permanent-magnet synchronous torque motors offering high power density and circumferential speeds up to 30 m/s. The rotor permanent magnets are integrated into the laminated core, reducing eddy-current losses and rotor heating, which enables higher speeds and mechanical power. In the type designation, D×H denotes "effective air gap diameter × active height" (in mm). The table below lists 5 models; click a model to view its complete geometric and performance data.

Magnet configuration

RKI / RKIB are available in several magnet configuration variants: R20 (cost- and performance-optimized), R22 (torque-optimized), and V22 (CO₂- and performance-optimized). Each model offers multiple combinations depending on active height and winding design. All values are subject to a tolerance of ±10%.
