Product Description

Single-axis manually driven stages with SCHNEEBERGER MINIRAIL guideways. Manual positioning by a precision lead-screw with anti-backlash nut and a graduated drum that can be set to zero. Reading accuracy 0.01 mm, strokes from 25 mm to 150 mm.

NFM is a modular system with options for table-base and top-plate lengths, giving strokes between 25 and 150 mm. Table parts in anodised aluminium; MINIRAIL guideways and lead-screw in corrosion-resistant steel. The stage can be integrated in any plane.

Special sizes and/or special attaching holes are available on request. An optional clamping device can be fitted on the side or directly on the lead-screw (L dimension increased by 7 mm). The clamping device can be mounted on either side of the stage (size 7 without hand crank).

Options

KR — clamping right
KL — clamping left
KS — clamping on lead-screw

Assembly into an X-Y 2-axis stage (without intermediate plate) or an X-Y-Z 3-axis table (with bracket) is possible on request.

Ordering Designation

The designation is composed of the size class and stroke (table-base length / top-plate length), e.g. NFM 9-150/100, and may carry a clamping option KR / KL / KS. Special sizes or special attaching holes on request.
