Product Overview

MONORAIL BM WR/SR is a linear guide system based on the MONORAIL BM ball-type linear guideway and made from corrosion-resistant steel. It has been specially developed to meet requirements that are beyond the limits of what conventional coatings on linear guides can cope with — which is the case wherever corrosion in the process has a negative impact on product performance. In applications such as food machinery, medical technology and cleanrooms, BM WR/SR ensures that the linear axis operates cleanly, precisely, durably and without failure. In addition, BM WR/SR retains the same proven characteristics as MONORAIL BM, such as excellent running properties, high travelling speed and long service life.

The BM WR/SR system features the same trapezoidal rail profile design as the standard BM series, ensuring high system rigidity.

Rail Types

BM SR rails are made from corrosion-resistant steel with a fully hardened rail body and are available in the following types.
