Important Reminders

  • Rail length calculation formula: L3 = n x L4 + L5 + L10 ≤ L3max
  • Standard lengths preferred; confirm special lengths in advance
  • Pinion tooth count affects system resolution and torque requirements; select based on application
  • Recommend ordering the drive pinion and lubricating pinion together
  • For gantry applications, ensure both guide rails have exactly identical specifications
