Important Reminders
- Rail length calculation formula: L3 = n x L4 + L5 + L10 ≤ L3max
- Standard lengths preferred; confirm special lengths in advance
- Pinion tooth count affects system resolution and torque requirements; select based on application
- Recommend ordering the drive pinion and lubricating pinion together
- For gantry applications, ensure both guide rails have exactly identical specifications
