MONORAIL BM is SCHNEEBERGER's four-row ball-type linear guideway system, renowned for its outstanding dynamic characteristics and cost-effectiveness. With optimized ball raceway design and streamlined component count, the BM series delivers exceptionally smooth operation, low pulsation, low friction, and high travel speeds, making it an ideal choice for high-speed precision positioning applications.
First Choice for High-Speed Applications
The BM series uses balls as rolling elements, offering a lower friction coefficient compared to roller types. It is particularly suitable for high-speed operation (up to 5 m/s) and frequent acceleration/deceleration, and is widely used in industrial applications with high demands on speed, reliability and consistent running properties.
The trapezoidal rail profile design ensures extremely high guideway rigidity while significantly reducing maintenance requirements. Wear parts can be replaced without disassembling the entire guideway system. Combined with compact wiper design that effectively reduces friction and wear, the system lifespan is extended. MONORAIL BM perfectly complements the MR roller guideway, providing optimal solutions for various applications.
